In 2010, the Government of the Republic of Slovenia adopted the Action Plan for the Implementation of the PSC project and Establishment of the Business Portal – point of single contact – to support procedures for acquiring permits needed to practise regulated activities in the Republic of Slovenia. The PSC project has several goals, inter alia to
improve legislation (elimination of unnecessary barriers, simplification of procedures etc.) relating to the field of regulated activities and professions.
